New API Rate Limits

Effective September 19, 2023, the Ironclad CLM API has protective rate limiting to ensure that we can safely manage high volumes of incoming API requests and balance the needs of all customers.
If a developer exceeds the rate limits posted on our developer docs, they will get an Error 429 message (”Too Many Requests”) and asked to try again at a later time.
No proactive action is required from developers; we are sharing this for general awareness.
